Most of our products ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
For orders addressed to continental United States and Canada, Reds Web Buys uses UPS Ground (Insured) or FedEx Ground (Insured) at our discretion and delivery normally takes between 5 to 9 business days.

Delivery to Hawaii & Alaska is available through UPS 3 Day Air service, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery and are subject to additional fees. (Please email us for a quote.)
International orders are shipped UPS 3 Day Air service or FedEx International Economy and usually take 2-5 days for delivery. Please email us with shipping address and zip code for a quote.

Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that Reds Web Buys only processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory.
We do our utmost to ensure that stock is available at all times, but in extremely rare circumstances, products become unavailable.
We will work with the buyer in the event of unusual circumstances to resolve all purchases to the buyers complete satisfaction.
We may split your order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing.

Returns:
All of our Cedar & Teak Furniture products come with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty.
Our suppliers are so confident in the integrity of our picnic products that our entire line of Picnic Essentials comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product.
In the unlikely event of damage or defect to your product please contact us right away and we will gladly make arrangements for replacement. If item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately and ensure you keep ALL Original Packaging just as it arrives to file a damage claim.
We offer to refund any purchase within 10 days of customer receipt for any reason minus shipping costs.
Product must be packed in original box in new factory condition, with all manuals, accessories & original packing materials. Upon inspection, if any parts are missing or item isn't in new condition, a restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
